INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), we provide information on the rules for processing your personal data by the Company:
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The administrator of your personal data is Witkac Residence Sp. z o.o. Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Poleczki 23.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We will process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
• Conclusion of agreements;
• Planning and managing the provision of services, processing payments, carrying out accounting, auditing, settlement, and debt collection activities, handling possible complaints, and providing additional services you may request;
• Resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, and proving, asserting, or defending claims;
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, such as maintaining sales records for tax purposes or sending notifications and other legally required information.
In cases where you have explicitly given your consent, we may also process your personal data for the following purposes:
• Communicating with you to provide offers and other information regarding services and activities, as well as planned promotions.
We will not use your personal data to make any automated decisions about you or create profiles other than those described above.
The legal bases for processing your personal data are provided in Article 6 of the GDPR. Depending on the purposes listed above, processing is necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests, provided your rights and freedoms do not prevail. Additionally, processing may be based on your consent if explicitly given.
CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
• Contact information: Full name, residential address, correspondence address, phone number, email address, and information about related individuals (spouse, children, parents, etc.);
• Identification data: PESEL, NIP, ID type and number, gender, age, nationality, marital status, and marital property status;
• Payment data: Data necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention, including credit/debit card numbers, security codes, and other billing-related information;
• Additional personal data: Information about your date of birth, habits, or preferences (e.g., for sending greetings), if voluntarily provided.
WHO WILL WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?
Recipients of personal data include entities authorized by law, service providers, and our business partners, provided you have given consent. Examples of business partners are listed in the original Polish text.
WHERE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data will be processed exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).
YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING DATA PROTECTION
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal).
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data will be deleted once it is no longer necessary for the specified purposes, or when consent is withdrawn, unless we are legally required or entitled to retain such data.
